The Vice President Healthcare Strategy helps our clients' brands excel across live and virtual experiences. As a key partner with Creative and Client Service, they lead efforts across research, strategy, measurement, and analytics to unearth meaningful data and actionable insights that shape experiential strategy and inform breakthrough creative.

Skilled in simplifying complex concepts, they collaborate with stakeholders to drive brand direction, inspire teams, and integrate insights for market expansion. They are a dynamic team leader, skillful communicator, and invaluable member of our Impact XM Leadership Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and Analysis: Manage and conduct research and analysis to understand client markets, target audiences, messaging strategies, and product portfolios. Synthesize findings to outline clear opportunities and challenges.
  • Creative Brief Development: Ensure that creative briefs effectively communicate client situations, market dynamics, and strategic insights to guide creative development.
  • Solution Development: Actively contribute to ideation and creative reviews, providing strategic guidance and valuable insights.
  • Measurement Strategy: Develop measurement strategies and frameworks aligned with client objectives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance post-event reporting and optimize future event campaigns.
  • Proposals & Pitches: Conceptualize, persuasively present, compelling strategic brand visions in client proposals and new business pitches.
  • Market Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with Client Service Teams to identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Utilize market trends, product lifecycle data, and audience insights to drive business growth.
  • Capability Expansion: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities for Impact XM's capabilities. Work with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies and expand solution portfolios.
  • Thought Leadership: Research, generate, and disseminate content, thought leadership pieces, and trendspotting insights for blogs and marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional development and excellence where every individual feels valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute their best.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent in Marketing Communications, Business Psychology or related field; or fifteen+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software and proficiency in relevant software and tools for research, analysis, and measurement (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms)
  • Experience in experiential marketing is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies that drive business results.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams.
