Currently hiring for full-time, Hybrid, Onsite Occupational Therapy (OT) in Albert Lea, MN. We are also accepting Nationwide applications for the 24/25 school year

What You'll Do:

As a full-time Huddle Up employee, this is an exciting opportunity to blend in-person care with Huddle Up's innovative tech-enabled platform. Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering speech language pathology services in a K-12 setting for school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in a collaborative and community based environment.

  • Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Occupational Therapy services to children in need
  • Develop your skills, career, and expertise with a supportive team-based environment
  • Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school aged children

The on-target earnings for this role are $42-$50 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Able to commit to 40 hours per week
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid OT license in your state of residence
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
  • At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
