Position Summary Maintains elevated levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of store orders while utilizing safe work practices while lifting and stacking totes and boxes of merchandise and building pallets that get sent to stores. What you will do Assists in reading store information from tote and box labels. Maintains an elevated level of accuracy, placing totes and boxes on correct store pallets. Operates efficiently and effectively on conveyer lines with colleagues. Performs warehouse duties, including sorting incoming shipments. Collects policy and operational standard information when cross training in other warehouses. Observes company safety practices when standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs. Cleans working environment to follow safety guidelines. Organizes general housekeeping to ensure working area and aisles are clear of debris. Prepare pallets for staging. Constantly lifting 20 to 45 pounds. Frequently lifting greater than 45 to 75 pounds. Constant bending, reaching and stooping. Constant walking, standing and pulling Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse experience - willing to train if no warehouse experience. ​Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
