Shift Options

  • Day Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Swing Shift | 2 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Night Shift | 10 PM - 6 AM
  • Pay | $22 - $25 per hour

As an Extrusion Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating all Extrusion machinery in accordance with company quality and safety standards. Your duties will include ensuring high-quality product output, optimizing efficiency, and performing regular maintenance on the machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Extrusion machinery, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate records of production activities.
  • Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.
  • Perform troubleshooting and report any issues to shift lead or supervisor.
  • Assist in training new employees and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
  • Operate forklifts or powered hand trucks as needed.
  • Perform operator-level preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in plastics processing or a related field.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality control plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
