Job Summary:
The Long-Term Care Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Provides resident assessment, education, and nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks. Practices within the scope of nursing expertise and utilizes appropriate standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Possesses required competencies and certifications
