Windows Server Engineer

The Server Operations team is looking for a skilled and experienced Windows Server Engineer.
Candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and vulnerability management.
This role requires the ability to manage technology independently and handle various tasks related to managing tickets and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Active Directory & Group Policy Management:
Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure.
Develop and manage Group Policies to ensure a secure and efficient environment.
Vulnerability Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities within the server environment.
Implement security measures and best practices to protect against threats.
Ticket & Change Management:
Manage and resolve tickets related to server issues and requests.
Coordinate and implement changes following established change management processes.
Independent Technology Management:
Take ownership of server-related projects and tasks.
Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
Primary Skills:
5-7 years of experience in Windows Server administration. Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security best practices.
Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Candidate needs to be local and willing to be onsite twice a week.
Education: Bachelors Degree
