Physical Therapist, OMC Inpatient, Per Diem

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Inpatient Physical Therapist for the Inpatient Physical Therapy Department at Overlook Medical Center to work variable shift 9am-5pm ; 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm ; 12pm-8pm including 2 weekends per month.

Essential Function/Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in an Acute care setting with varied diagnosis such as orthopedic, cardiac, neuro/CVA, general surgery.

  • Develop treatment plans and make discharge recommendations.

  • Knowledge of EPIC is a plus, but not required.

  • Able to work independently.

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program, MS or doctorate

Minimum Experience:

  • 1 year acute care or acute rehab experience strongly preferred

License/Certifications:

  • Current NJ Physical Therapy license
