Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Receptionist
Location: Walnut, CA
Position Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Job Description: LHH is currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to manage our client's front desk and provide excellent customer service. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person.
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
