Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking CNA's to work evenings at 1702 North 16th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. You will be delivering in-home cares at the participants personal homes. We reimburse mileage for travel.

We have both Part Time and Full Time shifts available.  All positions that are 28 hours per week or higher are eligible for our full benefits package.

This position will pay up to $21.42/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

Responsible for providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program in the place they call home.  Tasks include assistance with personal cares and activities of daily living, as well as, assisting to monitor and report participant’s health status and changes to the healthcare team, in an effort to ensure a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways. This position has the ability to cross train to support the Council Bluffs PACE Day Center as well.

 Skills & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed.

At Nebraska PACE locations: Be at least 18 years of age according to Nebraska State Regulation.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.

Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
