Here, we unite experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative and effective environment for our clients and their families.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) to join our team. You will work alongside an on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) to enhance social, communication, and adaptive living skills for children with developmental delays and disabilities.

If you are looking to grow you skills and certifications within the field of pediatric clinical therapy and coming in as a BT, we will support you while you prepare to take the RBT certification within 90 days of employment.

Compensation:
  • $20 - $22/hr
  • Bilingual pay differential possible for those who qualify
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time M-F 8am - 5pm
  • No weekends required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapy sessions using creative and play-based teaching methods
  • Support a wide range of behaviors in a collaborative environment
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Current RBT certification
  • 6 months minimum experience working as an RBT
  • Ability to pass a background check, reference checks, and ability to obtain Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Empathy and compassion for children, particularly those with developmental delays
  • High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the work day
  • Ability to commit to at least 6 months of continuous employment without changes in availability
