👩 Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Fond du Lac, WI

Role and Responsibilities:
  • 🏡 Deliver personalized in-home infusion therapy, tailoring care to each patient.
  • 💉 Administer treatments like IVIG and antibiotics.
  • 📊 Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • 📝 Keep detailed EMR records of treatments.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal outcomes.
  • 🧰 Manage and maintain infusion equipment to high standards.
  • 🎓 Educate patients and families on infusion therapies.
Qualifications:
  • 🎓 Nursing degree with infusion experience or as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
  • 🆔 Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
  • ♥ Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 🚗 Willingness for local travel.
  • 💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
  • 🌍 Commitment to Fond du Lac community care.
Additional Information:
  • 🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
