The Opportunity
- Seeking Hospitalist medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- Skilled Nursing Facility or Post-Acute experience preferred.
- Current national certification, DEA, and ACLS required.
- Current IL state license is a plus.
The Practice
La Bella of Alton - Alton, Illinois
- Located 3 miles from Alton Memorial Hospital.
- 180-bed facility with an average of 131.3 residents a day during the fourth quarter of 2023.
- Inpatient skilled nursing care, including orthopedic, stroke rehabilitation and cardiac programs.
- Hospice Care, Respite Care, Wound Care programs, respiratory care programs, and bariatric care are also available.
