Description
Acquires and evaluates sonographic images and related clinical data. Provides a technical interpretation of sonographic data and primary echo diagnosis to aid physicians in rendering a medical diagnosis. Required registry with Cardiovascular Credentialing International, or registry with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers the subspecialty of Cardiology.

Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an AMA accredited Ultrasound program (minimum of one year in length) or Impending graduation within 2 months of program completion and approval of hiring manager. Performed a minimum of 600 Echocardiographic exams/and or 800 clinical hours. Or,
- Associate's Degree In a related health care field.
- Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or
- Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years Recent full-time experience in Echocardiography.
- Recent experience in Pediatric Echocardiography, Stress Echocardiography and Transesophageal Echocardiography.
