We are currently seeking full-time and PRN Inpatient Registered Nurses to join our team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital.

The Inpatient Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, assess patients, create individualized care plans, supervise care activities, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensures appropriate to state regulations
  • BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • CRRN certification preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to speak and understand English
  • Ability to work independently without continuous supervision
  • Strong critical thinking and time management skills

Environmental Conditions:

  • Indoor, temperature controlled, smoke-free environment
  • Handicapped accessible
  • May work under stressful circumstances at times

Proficiency or Productivity Standards:

  • Has regular, reliable, and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Adheres to dress code including wearing ID badge
  • Supports cultural diversity in the workplace
