• Hours: 40hrs
  
  Shift: Day/Evening shift
• Location: Primary Care - Fairhaven, MA
• Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required
  

We are searching for a LPN-Ambulatory Resource to perform diversified duties to design, implement, and improve the clinical practice and workflows within the service line or care center consistent with the strategic vision of the organization; Coordinate clinical operations and activities involving clinical support personnel (e.g., nurses, medical assistants); Provide guidance and support to clinical support personnel; Implement clinical workflows, lead performance improvement projects, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns; Collaborate with Professional Development or team lead to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff performance; Ensure clinical operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care. In collaboration with service or practice leadership, provide functional, clinical, or technical supervision for assigned personnel, where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Provide input to leadership regarding personnel actions, as needed.
• Provide education, precepting, and mentoring for nurses and other clinical staff.
• Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience required.
• Three years of medical office experience required.
• Bachelors degree in related field highly desirable.
• Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and/or RI is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able manage multiple priorities.
• Requires computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
