• Patient Demographics: Mostly Adult & Geriatric but need to be comfortable with peds and neonatal
• Physicians in Practice: 15
• Annual ER Volume: 60K
• Total No. of ORs: 17; including Cath lab, Endo and OR
• Trauma Level: 1
• Required Procedures: General Surgical cases (adult, peds, neonatal), Minor Nerve Blocks, IV regional anesthesia, plexus anesthesia, spinal, epidural, regional, OB, Neurosurgical, Vent Management, Local Infiltration, Central line, Arterial line, PA Catheter. Sporadic Acute and Chronic cases.
• Other Info:
- Provider will not be responsible for preparing the Anesthesia Cart
- Provider will evaluate and manage acute volume/BP issues
• EMR: Meditech
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Emergency Credentialing: Available only if the cred file/background is 100% clean
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active VA license
• BC
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS & PALS
• Proof of COVID Vaccine
