Qualifications:

450+ Hour Comprehensive Pilates Education: Must include training in Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Springboard. TRX, and Barre knowledge a plus

Contemporary Approach: Ability to use a modern approach to classical exercises.

Positive Teaching Style: Create an uplifting environment where participants feel better after each session.

Pleasant Demeanor: Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.

Apparatus-Based Class Instruction: Experience teaching group classes that utilize various Pilates apparatus.

Effective Communication: Professional and clear communication skills.

Adaptability: Willingness to stay current with developments in the Pilates and fitness industry.

Punctual and Reliable: Consistent attendance and reliability.

Trustworthy: Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients.

Equipment Proficiency: Skilled in the proper and safe use of the Reformer, Chair, Springboard, and props.
