Join our team at the Department of Health and Human Services, State of Michigan. We are currently seeking a seasoned Software Test Analyst (Quality Analyst) who is ready to apply their skills in a dynamic and growing environment.

What you bring to the table:
  • Over 5 years of experience using Selenium, Provar, or other Automation testing tools.
  • Over 5 years of experience with manual testing.
  • Proficiency and hands-on experience with Java.
Your role and responsibilities:
  • Develop and design test or sprint planning documents.
  • Design and maintain the plan for automated test scripts.
  • Identify areas or test cases for Automation.
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Design and implement Test Automation Strategy.
  • Manage and monitor the defect management process.
  • Handle changes and conduct Regression Testing.
  • Review and approve all outcomes of the maintenance plan tasks within the automated tool.
  • Build specific test suites for different environments (DEV, UAT, QAT, PRE-PROD) with integrated application life cycle management.
  • Configure automated tools to create scripts based on standards and integrate with the application life cycle management tool.
  • Develop the testing data management plan for the automated test scripts.
  • Publish results of automated test execution for release planning purposes.
  • Act as an escalation point for experienced level staff in automated test scripts.
