Principal Data Scientist

The principal data scientist will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced data science initiatives across business units to align with strategic objectives. They will spearhead the transformation of innovative ideas into real-world solutions using sophisticated analytical techniques such as machine learning and optimization. The role includes leading and developing a team of data scientists to deliver impactful analytical solutions, embedding innovations into business operations, setting the AI & ML agenda, and ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. The position requires a master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, with at least 5 - 7 years' experience in data science. Proficiency in an analytical programming language, advanced analytical techniques, cloud computing environments, and machine learning lifecycle is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
