Hall's Culligan of Cleveland, Ohio is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as our new RouteDeliveryDriver. As a Route Driver with Culligan, you'll be responsible for a daily route with no overnight deliveries. Culligan has been a trusted household brand for 80 years. Not only are we a stable company, we are growing If you have route/delivery experience, and you're looking for a full-time position that will keep you close to home and comes with lots of benefits, this is the role for you WHY SHOULD YOU WORK FOR CULLIGAN? - - We offer a full-time, Monday-Friday work schedule. ```{=html} ``` - - Youll receive paid time off (PTO) at a generous accrual rate. ```{=html} ``` - - Youll be eligible for a full benefits package, including a 401k with company match, following your introductory period. ```{=html} ``` - - Were a stable and growing family-oriented company who regularly offers career advancement opportunities. ```{=html} ``` - - We believe in upskilling our employees and promoting from within. ```{=html} ``` - - Youll have the opportunity to utilize Culligan equipment in your home free of charge Responsibilities: - - Deliver first class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty with the customers on established route. ```{=html} ``` - - Represent the Company and its brands professionally, knowledgeably, and positively at all times. ```{=html} ``` - - Check truck each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly and with adequate product to complete the scheduled route. ```{=html} ``` - - Complete all deliveries on route as scheduled, being sure to complete the route every day without skipping customer stops. ```{=html} ``` - - Other Duties as assigned Qualifications: - - Must maintain a valid Drivers License ```{=html} ``` - - Excellent communication and customer service skills required to be successful ```{=html} ``` - - Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to successfully pass, and maintain, a driving record check to be insurable by the Company in order to operate a company vehicle ```{=html} ``` - - Must be able to safely operate/drive a truck up to 26,001 lbs on a daily basis for approximately 8-10 hours ```{=html} ``` - - Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis ```{=html} ``` - - Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the duties required of this position ```{=html} ``` - - 2-5 years of previous sales experience preferred ```{=html} ``` - - Solid verbal and written communication skills ```{=html} ``` - - Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills ```{=html} ``` - - Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity ```{=html} ``` - - Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment ```{=html} ``` - - Demonstrated competency in Windows, and other software platforms ```{=html} ``` - - Outstanding team attitude Benefits: Our company always offers opportunity for advancement, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Company Paid Life (+ the option for additional supplemental life insurance), Disability, Critical Illness, and Accident Supplemental Plans, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) with generous company match and Paid Time Off.
