Position Summary/Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our innovative and patient-centered healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential. You will work with a diverse patient population, providing therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Certification / Licensure: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure & BLS certification required.
  • Skills: Demonstrates accountability and skills in assessment/evaluation, decision-making, and time management. Should have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough patient evaluations to determine appropriate physical therapy diagnoses and treatment plans.

  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
