The Home Health LPN who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing patient care and the ability to practice independently within the confines of educational preparation physician orders and as assigned and supervised by a registered nurse.

Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
- Licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the state of IN or in a compact state.
- One year of Nursing experience
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- CPR Certification
Preferred Requirements:
- Home Health experience
