Description

SUMMARY: The Flag Runner will represent the New England Patriots brand and facilitate on-field, in-game entertainment activations while creating an enjoyable experience for all those in attendance. They will engage with fans and promote the Patriots message and initiatives in a unique and exciting way.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Run the Patriots flags out of the tunnel ahead of the team during introductions
2. Run the Patriots flags to the center of the field after every touchdown
3. Help facilitate on field pre-game ceremonies
4. Assist with pre-game preparation
5. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, PR or related field preferred
• Ability to interact with all fans, including children and parents, in a courteous and professional manner during games
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
• Ability to think quickly and problem solve in the moment
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
