Responsibilities:
- Providing nursing care to residents, including prescribed treatments and procedures
- Supervising nursing aides and support staff
- Performing administrative duties such as documentation and inventory management
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
- Performing emergency procedures such as CPR
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
- Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds
- Experience in supervising and training support staff
