Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary: We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this position. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality direct and indirect patient care in the Special Care Unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical and surgical conditions
  • Develop individualized care plans and involve patients and their families in goal setting
  • Administer medications and ensure patient safety
  • Document patient care and responses in a timely manner
  • Provide patient education and serve as a mentor

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to function under stressful situations
