Ensures that projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and meet the required quality standards. Managing workers, monitoring work progress, enforcing safety protocols, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the construction process. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
