We are actively recruiting individuals we can train to become the best Swim Instructors and/or Lifeguards in the industry. Hours: 5-40 hours per week

Days: Varies; Open Monday through Sunday - both am and pm shifts available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Swimtastic® curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
  • Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
  • Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
  • Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times.
  • Provide customers with weekly, individualized feedback on swimmers
Position Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, but not required. Loving kids and being reliable with the ability to swim is an absolute necessity
  • Willing to certify in CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infants
  • Training in the Swimtastic® curriculum will be provided - just bring joy
Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
