They will have experience rooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning, experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and supportive team member.

The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, certifications, licensure, and location.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of clinical veterinary experience (required)
- Registered Veterinary Technicians are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong anesthesia monitoring experience.
- Highly skilled at teaching, training, and mentoring vet tech knowledge and skills with staff
- Experience with inventory for surgeries and back-of-the-house medications and supplies
- Understands surgery scheduling, and helps to control each surgery's flow to stay on track
- Full-time hours (required)
- Saturday & Sunday shifts (required)
