Position Overview

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Massachusetts
Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $73,000 or more dependent on experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated OT to develop and implement occupational therapy goals within students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The OT will provide both direct and consultative services, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and improve student progress is key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement OT goals for IEPs.
  • Provide direct and consultative OT services.
  • Conduct assessments to determine students' OT needs.
  • Utilize ABA-based techniques in therapy.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
  • Collaborate with staff and school districts.
  • Maintain a safe and organized OT room.
  • Assist students with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Massachusetts OT license and certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience with autism and ABA techniques (preferred).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to meet job demands, including lifting, squatting, and kneeling.
