Title: IAM SME
Location; Remote /Los Angeles, CA
Experience: 10+

Main skill :- IAM, Oracle Identity Manager OIM, OKTA, Ping, Sailpoint

Technical/Functional Skills
• Subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architectures.
• Experience in designing reference architectures for various domains within IAM such as Authentication, Authorization, Identity Management, Privileged access management, WAM etc.
• Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture
• Very good understanding of SoD and Least privileged principles
• Provide support to multiple implementation projects for design review and architectural guidance.
• Create IAM solution accelerators in lab and by contribution through various project teams
• Skills development through internal product trainings and knowledge sharing sessions
• Take up IAM Product specific consulting
• Strong experience (min 8 years) in Identity and Access Management domain.
• Delivered IAM architecture and consulting engagements.
• Strong experience in documenting consulting reports and presentations
• Should have good high-level understanding of generic processes in the enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• bility to confidently present solution to stakeholders up to CSO level

Experience Required Must Have
• Working experience in Identity and Access Management domain
• Strong understanding of any Cloud Identity Management
• Strong understanding of Authentication and Authorization mechanisms related to cloud
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duty and Least Privilege Principals
• Good understanding of federation and SSO

Good-to-Have
• Should have worked as IAM consultant or architect role
• Should have good understanding of Identity management in cloud
• Should have performed client facing roles in past
Should have worked with any international client in past
