Responsibilities
  • Conduct and manage recruitment, new hire orientation, onboarding, training processes for the site.
  • Address employee grievances, manage performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to legal regulations.
  • Support safety initiatives, including OSHA compliance and accident reporting.
  • Enforcing the company's HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Support culture initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources with a minimum of 3 yrs in an HR Generalist role
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing environment is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred."
