Summary Description

SV Labs is seeking an experienced IT Manager to support a wide range of IT functions and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical infrastructure background, capable of maintaining the network infrastructure, administering enterprise applications, delivering on-demand data requests, creating reports, making recommendations for improvements and supporting coupled with strong problem-solving abilities are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain ERP software and systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support on software application-related issues.
  • Document ERP processes, user manuals, and other related policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
  • Install, maintain, and oversee EDI operations. Train EDI personal in daily procedures.
  • Perform network administration duties on current network operating systems.
  • Operate, maintain and sustain IP based routers, switches and standard approved operating systems on network devices.
  • Administer backup procedures and verify viable backups and restore procedures.
  • Design and implement solutions and install and maintain network equipment to support new and emerging requirements.
  • Provide responsive services, real-time network level configuration control, network restoration, quality control and performance standards, status reporting, and other actions.
  • Ensure that network rights and privileges are commensurate with roles and responsibilities.
  • Use ITSM to report and track local and enterprise user incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor and sustain network operations.
  • Manage supporting infrastructure and endpoint asset inventory reporting.
  • This position will require on-call and after-hours support on an as-needed basis.
  • Maintain and configure time clock application including report development. Troubleshoot time clock errors and maintain time clocks and scanners located throughout the company.
Essential Skills
  • Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP.
  • Administration of print and file management services.
  • Must have experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless equipment.
  • Must have networking TCP/IP routing experience.
  • Must have experience with network break/fix of layer 2 and 3 environments
  • Must be motivated and able to work effectively under average supervision.
  • Must be team-oriented, placing priority on quality and successful completion of team goals.
  • Experience using labeling software to design and develop manufacturing and shipping labels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehension of current cyber security best practices.
  • Sage X3, Formulator, TimeClock Plus, Crystal Reports experience highly desired.
  • IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Application support in a manufacturing industry preferred.
SUMMARY OF BENEFITS:

$85-110k Annually
