- Conduct infection surveillance, data collection, and analysis to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, including those set by CDC, OSHA, and The Joint Commission.
- Lead investigations of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and develop strategies for prevention.
