We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Solutions Architect to lead the implementation of a large-scale software program at PGW Auto Glass, LLC. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of a cutting-edge software solution aligned with our organizational objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the implementation of a HighJump WMS across multiple distribution centers, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Project Oversight: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of operational leaders, developers, and supply chain professionals to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, collaborating with department heads to secure the necessary expertise and support for the program.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, providing regular updates to stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively devise mitigation strategies, ensuring the program progresses smoothly and adheres to timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the key stakeholders to establish and maintain high-quality standards, implementing rigorous testing processes.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party components seamlessly, managing relationships and holding vendors accountable for deliverables.
  • Experience with HighJump WMS utilizing Advantage Architect, WebWise Page Editor and PL/SQL.
  • Creates process flow designs, key design decision documents and technical/functional reference guides.
  • Assists in production issues, assists in performing root cause analysis and provides solutions to ensure non-recurrence of issues. Serves as the escalation point during incident resolution.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in software development, demonstrating successful large-scale implementations.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
  • 5+ years’ HighJump Implementation experience.
  • 5+ years’ T-SQL experience.
  • Strong expertise with designing and developing using HighJump/Korber product suite (Webwise Page Editor/ Advantage Architect).
  • Proficient with relational database development using SQL Server/Oracle.
  • Solid experience integrating HighJump with other systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
