Anesthesiologist - Partnership-Track Position in Arizona

A well-established, private group in Arizona is seeking an anesthesiologist to join their team. This is a partnership-track position with a flexible schedule that offers both part-time and full-time options. The call rotation is approximately 1:8 for major calls, with a day off after call (about 26/year) and back-up calls. Work with other anesthesiologists in a large group. Board certification or eligibility is required, and an AZ license will be necessary. Current residents and fellows are welcome to apply.

The average total compensation for full-time physicians is $553k, with a range of $500k - $625k depending on call. You will be offered a generous benefit package that includes malpractice insurance, medical, dental, life, disability, and long-term care insurances, vacation time, and an excellent retirement package. You can expect to fast track to partnership with 12 months to financial equality and eighteen months to full stockholder status.
