About the Role: As a Data Entry Clerk at Style Netbox, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for inputting and updating information in our databases, assisting with data management, and supporting our team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into various databases and systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
  • Assist with data cleanup and validation tasks.
  • Generate reports and compile data as needed.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
