For this opening our client is seeking a dedicated Field Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment and systems to ensure seamless operations. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to medical devices and IT infrastructure. Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of systems and applications. Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
