Job Summary:

Responsible for 3 shift powder coating operations. Including but not limited to scheduling, inventory control, staffing, training, preventive maintenance, safety, and efficiencies.

Along with the above responsibilities, the PC Supervisor will be accountable for receiving raw components from external vendors timely and maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy, as well as, maintaining the PC System requirements (powder inventory, chemical management, burn-off ovens, racking supplies, and more).

Requirements:

Self-starter - disciplined work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, proven track record managing and motivating employees. Ability to read and understand prints, ability to work extended hours as needed, ability to use Accellos, SAP, Excel, Word, etc...
