Ensure that Lean principles are being applied to sustainably maximize the delivery of value to the customer

Create platforms to drive optimization and continuously improve core areas of quality, safety, delivery, cost, and employee engagement

Identifies and directs implementation of improvement opportunities by securing relevant information, asking effective questions, and developing solutions

Resolve problems relating to materials, operations, quality or other factors that may result in production delays

Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

4+ years of relative experience in leading others
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, or related field

Demonstrated Leadership, Business and Financial understanding

Computer, Communication, and presentation skills
-
Lean Manufacturing background within a plant and operational managerial experience from a production/manufacturing setting

Working experience in a manufacturing or warehousing/supply chain/inventory environment
