Start your new career as a 3rd shift Inspection Checker with MAU at Milliken in Pendleton, SC. As an Inspection Checker, you will support the Inspection Department in producing and shipping first-quality rolls, while ensuring continuous production by adhering to established policies and procedures.

The MAU Anderson Branch (2923 N. Main St., Suite B, Anderson, SC 29621) offers walk-in hours Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

What We Offer:
  • Pay of $15.56-18.10 per hour based on experience
  • Third shift: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • 10-hour fixed shifts, no rotation
What We're Looking For:
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions
  • Ability to comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions
  • Experience operating conveyor belts
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Certification and ability to operate forklift and tugger
  • Certification and ability to operate hoist
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates strong discipline and attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
What You'll Do as an Inspection Checker:
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of general plant safety rules and safety absolutes
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines
  • Build and prepare skids and pallets for shipment
  • Identify off-quality materials and transfer them to the designated out-of-flow area
  • Load and unload trucks, handling materials such as tubes, plastic, T-frames, boxes, skids, pallets, and A-frames
  • Process SAP transactions to facilitate fabric shipments
  • Assist in filling wrapper/belt man roles as needed to support production
  • Follow established department and location-specific policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring high standards of housekeeping
  • Cross-train for in-line fabric inspection
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
