Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus

  • Experience with Database automation via Python

  • Ability to automate backup processes and manage backup schedules
  • Knowledge of automated recovery strategies to restore data in case of failures
  • Skills in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and tuning database performance
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to database performance, automation scripts, and deployment processes
  • Experience with Selenium testing is a plus
  • Database automation in general is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Understand presented domains and their functionality
  • Following process guidelines to completion
  • Implement processes
  • Focuses on automating tasks related to database management, such as deployments, monitoring, backups, and maintenance
  • Setting up automated monitoring to track database performance, detect issues, and trigger alerts or automated responses is a core part of the job
