What will you do as a Receptionist?

• Professionally represent the Bank when greeting customers on the phone and in person, ensuring they are
  directed to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain continuity among work teams and complete various administrative duties for the branch.
• Become knowledgeable in FSB's product and service offerings, and be a credible advisor by proactively identifying and recommending appropriate products and services to benefit the customer financially.
• Assist customers with basic personal account opening, routine customer maintenance, electronic services (digital banking, debit card, credit card), and various other services.
• Be committed to providing personalized customer service and attention, striving to be the only bank our customer chooses.

  • Min Salary: $17.00 per hour
  • Mid Salary: $21.25 per hour
  • Max Salary: $25.50 per hour
