Description Job Summary: Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to develop software applications or systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design software architecture and develop technical specifications. • Conduct thorough testing of software applications, identify bugs, and debug issues to ensure high-quality and reliable software. • Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of software components. • Use version control systems (e.g., GitHub) to manage and track changes in the codebase. • Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and software processes. • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team's success. • Analyze user requirements and provide effective solutions to address business needs. • Participate in project planning, estimation, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in computer science required. 2+ years of similar experience preferred. Required Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in one or more programming languages and a strong understanding of software development principles. Knowledge in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, SQL programming is preferred. Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong penchant for critical thought and innovation. Values commitments from meeting times to meeting deadlines. Possesses a servant’s heart with humility towards building trusting relationships. Values people over technology and leverages technology to elevate the value of people for the company. Required Licenses and/or Certifications: None. Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation. Working Conditions: Normal office conditions.
