Data Analyst ONSITE In Northern Colorado

We are supporting our client in hiring a Data Validation Analyst to support users across the enterprise. Customer service skills and communication abilities are of the utmost importance. What you will do: · Engage with resources to prepare, inform, educate around the various aspects of data preparation and validation · Work directly to collect, standardize and assemble data that is required as a part of the project implementation · Responsible for performing data reconciliation and validation activities · Provide weekly detailed updates on the current state of data cleansing and data preparation activities · Responsible for contributing to production data cutover and conversion activities · Support of establishing test data to support development and Mock exercises · Troubleshoot and address data related issues as they pertain to cross references, reconciliation and location specific problems What you will bring: · Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large data sets · Knowledge of data conversion and data construction techniques · Effective with creative solutioning and communication to impact and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue. · Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills · Ability to work self - guided or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff · Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, administration, and users · Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
