- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the emergency department (ED).
- Develops, implements, and evaluates ongoing emergency services programs to uphold quality patient care aligned with the hospital's mission.
- Lead and mentor emergency department staff, including nurses, physicians, and support personnel.
- Provide educational opportunities and training programs for emergency department staff to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Develops, prioritizes, and justifies requests for capital equipment.
