This role involves ensuring compliance with government regulations, providing emergency medical care, and promoting overall employee wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Occupational Health Program: Administer and evaluate all phases of the Occupational Health Program.
- Immediate and Preventative Care: Provide immediate and preventative care for employees and contractors.
- Nursing Evaluations: Conduct nursing evaluations, pulmonary function testing, respirator fit testing, and audiograms.
- Health Surveillance Programs: Manage health surveillance programs in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Employee Health Issues: Coordinate with management on employee health issues and work restrictions.
- Wellness Programs: Lead wellness programs and health screenings to enhance employee well being.
- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response planning and training for First Aid, CPR, and Infection Control.
- Testing and Physicals: Oversee drug and alcohol testing and annual physicals for employees and contractors.
- Medical Records: Maintain and manage medical records and equipment inspections.
