Occupational Therapist Wanted - Part-Time (20 hours/week) - Salisbury, MD

Are you a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist seeking a fulfilling part-time opportunity in Salisbury, MD? We are a reputable facility committed to providing exceptional care, and we are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Salisbury, MD

Hours: Part-Time, approximately 20 hours per week (flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Review patient charts to develop comprehensive understanding of individual needs
  • Adhere to facility requirements and policies
  • Conduct assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Provide quality occupational therapy services to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maryland
  • Minimum of one year current experience as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based interventions
