Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern (Social Media, Reporting, and Content Generation)

Location: U.S. Remote

Job Type: Internship

Job Description:

C&D Technologies is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, reporting, and content generation.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing C&D Technologies' social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging posts
  • Monitor social media platforms for trends, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Compile and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to measure performance and effectiveness
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Digital Marketing Manager and other relevant stakeholders
Content Generation:
  • Assist in creating high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content ideas and concepts that align with C&D Technologies' brand and marketing objectives
  • Utilize graphic design tools and software to create visual assets such as images, infographics, and videos
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
