VCA South Shore Weymouth Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled ER/ICU Veterinary Technician to join our team at our busy, 24-hour emergency/referral/multi-specialty and general practice in South Weymouth, Massachusetts.

Veterinary Technician Duties:

  • Procedural anesthesia monitoring

  • Full Technician Skill Utilization

  • Collecting patient histories & thorough physical exams

  • Venipuncture / IVC placement

  • Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)

  • Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services

  • Providing compassionate care for all patients

Credentialed Technician is a plus but we will also support the right candidate in their pursuit of CVT or VTS credentialing.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

  • 8 hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Evening shift

  • Night shift

  • Weekends as needed
