Job Summary
The Multimedia Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for cross-platform collaborative marketing programs including, but not limited to social media management, web graphics/campaigns, video editing, internal and external lead coordination and distribution, and any additional duties as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Edit, create, and post digital materials for general company branding and projects on multiple social platforms.
- Assist in maintenance of current social media platforms through account management of updates and maintenance.
- Support Operations Manager with various digital operations, administrative duties, and special projects.
- Assist in marketing event planning.
- Assist in designing and implementing social media marketing plans for internal and external purposes
- Work closely with vendors to coordinate marketing plans and quarterly initiatives.
- Maintain a digital marketing material archive.
- Create and monitor reports for lead tracking and distribution.
- Conduct marketing surveys to assess agents' needs for promotional materials and website enhancements.
- Assist in researching new digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with agents, carriers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Attend staff meetings, trade shows, and industry training seminars as directed.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Appropriately track and prioritize work assignments, productivity, and issue resolution. Accurately input information into tracking systems within required time frames.
- Navigate various websites and computer systems, adding necessary information / documentation within required time frames.
- Perform tasks and duties within deadlines given.

- Associates degree or equivalent
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Premier Pro proficiency required
